  • Once you have successfully placed the item on hold you will be notified via your preferred method of communication when your hold is available.

Picking Up Holds

When you have been notified that a hold is available for pick up

you can collect it from the Hold Shelf.

All items shelved have a white sticker stuck on their spine that contains the first three letters of the patron's last name and the patron's last four digits of their card number.

Everything is shelved alphabetically under the patron's last name.

Once you have collected your hold, you are then able to check it out using the self check kiosks located around the front desk.
