The History Club

    • Apr 8:  The Karankawa:  Debunking the Myths and Mysteries
      Due to intense community interest, we are happy to have a reprise of this presentation.  DIrect Descendants of the Karankawa tribe join Local Historian Joyce Zongrone for an authentic look into the life and times of the indigenous people of southern Texas and tell the true story of their ancestors.
    • May 13:  The Buffalo Soldiers
      A speaker from The Buffalo Soldiers National Museum will tell the story of the museum's creation and introduce the history of the Buffalo Soldiers.
  • Time:  7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
  • Place:  Library Theater
